Effective Date: October 23, 2025

Welcome to the website of FrameCourse, a company providing online video courses and educational materials. By accessing or using our website, enrolling in our courses, or otherwise interacting with FrameCourse services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms or our privacy practices, please do not use our website or enroll in our courses.

1. Terms

By accessing the FrameCourse website or any FrameCourse-hosted course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Services.

All materials provided through FrameCourse, including those on our website and within our courses, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to download any printable materials, such as PDF patterns or guides, provided with FrameCourse's courses for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not transfer ownership of the materials. Under this license, you may not:

  • Modify, reproduce, or distribute the materials for any commercial purpose;
  • Share or upload the materials publicly (including posting online or in file-sharing groups);
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials; or
  • Transfer the materials to another person or website.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by FrameCourse at any time. Upon termination, you must delete any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed form.

3. Account Access and Sharing

Each purchase grants a single user a non-transferable license to access the course materials. Course login credentials may not be shared, sold, or transferred to any other individual. FrameCourse reserves the right to revoke access without refund if account sharing or unauthorized distribution is detected.

4. Disclaimer

All materials and content provided through FrameCourse, including videos, PDFs, and other course resources, are provided “as is.” FrameCourse makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. FrameCourse does not guarantee any specific results from participating in the course or using its materials.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of our content, FrameCourse does not warrant or make any representations regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the materials, or of any linked sites or resources.

5. Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrameCourse and its instructors shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the course materials or website. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business.

FrameCourse is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may occur from participation in the course or reliance on any information provided. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

6. Revisions and Updates

The materials on the FrameCourse website and within our courses may occasionally include technical, typographical, or informational errors. While we strive for accuracy, FrameCourse does not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any materials, pricing, or course content at any time without prior notice. FrameCourse is not obligated to update materials to reflect new information or changes in circumstances.

7. Links to Other Websites

The FrameCourse website and courses may include links to external websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. FrameCourse has no control over the content, products, or services offered by third-party websites and does not endorse or guarantee their accuracy or reliability.

Use of any linked website is at your own risk, and FrameCourse is not responsible for any damages or issues that may arise from accessing third-party sites.

8. Changes to These Terms

FrameCourse may update or revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.

By continuing to access or use the FrameCourse website or any of our courses after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or related to the use of the FrameCourse website or its courses shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
